The relevance and scope of this Project with a European-wide distributed team requires a world-class Project Management Office.
This Project Management Office (led by the Project Coordinator) will be created in order to:
- Carry out Project planning, budgeting and control activities and prepare monitoring reports.
- Manage coordination activities between the various Project teams.
- Coordinate Project knowledge management.
- Manage the Project management IT environment.
- Coordinate project meetings.
- Manage intellectual property.
- Consortium members will collaborate with the coordinator providing information to develop these coordination activities.
